Refund policy

At Qognition, we are committed to Clarity and Quality. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you aren't we're here to support with a hassle free process. Our returns policy is in line with UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Change of Mind

Notification Period

You must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person identified by you, receives the last item of your order.

Return Period

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the items back.

Condition of Goods

For health protection and hygiene reasons, food supplements can only be returned under this "change of mind" policy if the original product packaging, including all seals, tamper-proof labels, and security foils, remain intact and unbroken. If the safety seal is broken, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the product price originally paid and the cost of your original standard outbound delivery. Qognition is not liable for any sum of money beyond the total value of the original order.

Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. We recommend using a tracked service.

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Faulty Product

If you receive a supplement that is contaminated, past its use-by date upon delivery, harmful, or otherwise not of satisfactory quality, we will replace or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Damaged Product

If the product packing/contents is damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately ideally, otherwise within 24 hours of receipt, and include photographic evidence.

Return Costs

If the product is faulty, Qognition will cover the cost of return postage and any subsequent replacement product and associated shipping costs.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us - Please email our Customer Service team at returns@qognition.life, provide your Order Number and the reason for the return. Include evidence, if appropriate (see above).
  2. Wait for Confirmation - We will provide you with a Return Authorisation and the specific return delivery address.
  3. Final Checks - We will check to make sure your return is eligible for a refund/replacement, under the terms of this policy and your statutory rights. This will include confirming whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.
  4. Process Refund - Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.
