Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are processed the same business day and dispatched to our courier the next business day.
Orders placed before 20:00 are dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed after 20:00 are dispatched the next business day +1.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been processed.
UK Domestic Shipping
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are based on the total value of your order.

International Shipping
Qognition currently does not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Disclaimers
Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging, but if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us immediately at returns@qognition.life with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and the packaging.
Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to assess the damage and arrange for a replacement to be dispatched. We will arrange for the return of your damaged product, at our cost.
Once the damaged product has been received back, we will dispatch a replacement product on our Express service, at our cost.
P.O. Boxes and Mail Forwarding: We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses or mail forwarding services. A full, physical street address must be provided for successful delivery and tracking by Royal Mail. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address will be cancelled and refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be subject to a reshipment fee of £3.50 for Tracked 48.
The customer is liable for delivery to an incorrect address, due to customer negligence. Qognition will not reimburse any orders that have been successfully delivered to the nominated delivery address.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Qognition is not responsible for packages confirmed by the Royal Mail tracking system to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking states 'Delivered' but the item is missing, please contact Royal Mail directly for assistance and file a necessary claim or report. Register your claim here.
