Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of your selected supplements based on the frequency (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days) you choose at checkout.

Payment: Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged automatically for each recurring delivery on the scheduled dispatch date, unless you choose to pay in advance for a longer duration.

Cancellation and Changes: You have full control over your subscription and can cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or change the frequency at any time.

How to Manage: Your order confirmation emails contain a link to your dedicated subscription management portal. You can easily manage all aspects of your subscription directly from there.
Important Note on Cancellation Timing
To ensure you are not charged for your next delivery, any cancellation or change must be processed in your portal at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled charge date. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled once an order has been paid for and processed for dispatch.
